The HEAL Asthma MI program, offered through the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America’s Michigan Chapter, presents an exciting opportunity for Detroit residents living with asthma to take control of their health at no cost.  This FREE program is designed specifically for adults 18 and older who have been diagnosed with asthma and face healthcare access challenges, this free program provides participants with asthma education, helpful tools and resources, and real incentives as they progress — all aimed at reducing emergency room visits and improving quality of life.
